Salon Policies
A $20 deposit holds your chair. Please read both policies below before booking — they keep every appointment on time and the studio comfortable for everyone.
Cancellation & Late Policy
To respect my time and the time of other clients, please review the following policy before booking your appointment.
- 24-hour notice required
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- Late arrivals
- If you are going to be late, you must notify me at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late without prior notice may result in your appointment being canceled.
- Late cancellations & no-shows
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, failure to notify me that you will be late, or failure to show up for your appointment may result in:
- Your deposit being forfeited and not refunded.
- Being placed on a block list, meaning future appointments may not be accepted.
- Emergencies
- I understand that emergencies happen, and situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, consistent late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to communicate may result in the loss of booking privileges.

At-Home Salon Policies
To maintain a professional, peaceful, and respectful environment for all clients, please review the following policies before your appointment.
- No additional guests
- No additional guests or company are permitted during appointments. Only the scheduled client should be present.
- Arrival & parking
- No unnecessary traffic or repeated pulling in and out of the property is permitted. If you are dropping off or picking up a client, that is completely fine.
- Respect the neighborhood
- Please be respectful of the residential setting and surrounding neighbors by keeping noise and activity to a minimum.
- No smoking
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.
- Throughout your visit
- Clients are expected to follow these policies throughout their visit.
