Before you book
- Look through the service menu so you know roughly what you want — or book a consultation instead.
- Check the length of the service; longer installs and colour appointments take several hours.
- Read the cancellation and late policy so there are no surprises.
How to prep your hair
- Come with hair detangled and free of heavy product build-up unless your service includes a wash.
- For braids and installs, hair should be clean and fully dry.
- If you're bringing your own hair or extensions, have them ready and unopened.
- Skip fresh colour or chemical services elsewhere in the week before your appointment.
What to bring
- Inspiration photos of the finish you're after.
- Any extensions, bundles or clip-ins for your service.
- Your remaining balance — the deposit only covers part of the service.
- Something to keep you comfortable for longer appointments (charger, headphones, a snack).
What to expect at your appointment
- A quick consultation at the chair to confirm the plan before we start.
- Honest guidance about what's realistic for your hair's current condition.
- Aftercare advice tailored to the service you received.
After you book
- You'll get a confirmation, plus reminders before your appointment.
- Need to move it? Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Your visit counts toward the loyalty card — the 10th service is free.
