- Deposits
- A $20 deposit is required to hold your chair. It is non-refundable but goes toward your service total.
- Cancellations
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to move your deposit to a new date. Inside 24 hours the deposit is forfeited and repeat late cancellations may result in being placed on a block list.
- Late arrivals & no-shows
- If you are running late you must notify me at least 2 hours before your appointment time. Arriving late without notice, or not showing up, may result in the appointment being cancelled and the deposit kept.
- At-home studio
- This is a private at-home salon: no additional guests, no smoking on the property, and please keep noise and traffic to a minimum out of respect for the neighbors. Drop-offs and pick-ups are fine.
- Timing
- Service times are estimates and a 30 minute clean-up is kept after each appointment, so please arrive with hair prepped as discussed.
- Remaining balance
