Frequently asked
Everything clients ask most often. Still stuck? Use the chat bubble or request a consultation.
What should I do before my appointment?
Come with your hair detangled and free of heavy build-up. For braids, twists and installs, hair should be freshly washed and completely dry unless your service includes a wash.
How early should I arrive?
Arrive right on time. Appointments are booked back to back with a short clean-up buffer, so arriving early may mean waiting outside.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours may forfeit your deposit. Full details are on the Salon Policies page.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No — every appointment is booked online in advance with a deposit so the schedule stays on time.
How do I know which service to book?
Take the Hair & Scalp Assessment. It asks a few questions and recommends services from the actual menu, or you can request a consultation.
Do I need a consultation?
A consultation is a good idea for major colour changes, big transformations or if you have specific hair or scalp concerns. Otherwise you can book directly.
Can I reschedule?
Yes — reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice from your bookings page or by getting in touch.
What happens if I'm late?
Let us know at least 2 hours ahead. Arriving late without notice may mean the appointment is cancelled, since it pushes everyone else back.
What should I bring?
Inspiration photos, any hair or extensions for your service, and your remaining balance. Bring a charger or headphones for longer appointments.
How should I prepare my hair?
Detangled, product-free and dry for installs. For silk press and colour, come with hair in its natural state — no heavy oils or gels.
Do you offer treatments?
Yes — deep conditioning, clarifying scalp scrubs, bond repair, dandruff therapy, hot oil massages and smoothing treatments. See the Treatments page.
How do I maintain my style after my appointment?
Every service has its own aftercare. The Maintain Your Glam page covers silk press, treatments, protective styles, colour and extensions.
